Overview

In his May 13, 2025 complaint-findings letter, Chief Cameron Paul concluded that Officer Zachary P. Goodale violated department policy and state law, including by parking unlawfully in an accessible parking space. Paul said Goodale should not have issued Gregory Hazard a trespass order, rescinded the order, and apologized on behalf of the department and city.
