Police Encounters

  • Ben Schneider (Reckless Ben)
  • March 11, 2026: Nicosia noted that Sheldon had declined to speak with the patrol officers. His supplement records an initial discussion, a break, and a further Miranda warning, after which Sheldon agreed to continue. Nicosia asked about the fundraiser, Ben’s involvement, and the phone. He brought the phone into the interview room and had Sheldon demonstrate how the lock button opened Apple Wallet. Nicosia wrote the March 11 interview supplement and the May 27 video-collection supplement in the March 10 report.

  • March 11, 2026: Nicosia interviewed Ben and the other people brought from the Airbnb. His report records their explanations and the later release of the four others. He told Ben he was under arrest for another stalking charge. The March 11 probable-cause statement explicitly says Nicosia wrote it. See pages 23–30 of the report and page 2 of the statement.

  • May 26–27, 2026: On May 27, Nicosia downloaded two videos from Ben’s YouTube account and added them to the case files. His supplement does not say he downloaded Patreon material. See page 15.
