POST Discipline
According to the POST disciplinary proceedings, Christian C. Connelly recorded overtime on his timecard for a hearing after the prosecutor’s legal assistant told him he no longer needed to attend. He subsequently lied to the department multiple times about the overtime entries, including during a Garrity interview. The disciplinary allegations were lying under Garrity and falsification of government records.
On December 9, 2024, the POST Council voted to revoke Connelly’s peace officer certification.
